Fools by Kat Montgomery

Let us dance all night,
Until the cows come home.
Let our free spirits run wild,
And make fools of ourselves.

(Only fools go to heaven)

You are free to soar so very high,
Above us all, looking down.
We feel you watching,
Although we can't see you there.

Sunny days remind us all of you,
The good times, free spirits,
Laughing, smiling, just living,
All you can do now is watch.

I'm sure you are there,
Watching us all dance,
Being free spirits,
Making fools of ourselves.

So maybe one day,
We can all be together again.
On some sunny day,
Free as we will ever be.

'Cos, only fools go to heaven.
