Image of salsa dancers at SalsaMagic, Lewes, East Sussex, UK Salsa

Mambo, salsa, cross-body lead,
Sinuous hipsters swing and sway,
Uno, dos, tres / cinco, seis, siete,
Some come to groove, others to play
The game of love and who's to say
Cuban vibes haven't love decreed?

Age and size they do not heed,
If you can dance, it's your day,
Cinco, seis, siete / uno, dos, tres,
Other dances: disco or meringue,
Seem inferior in every way
to this Salsa Life: Our Sauce, Our Creed!
